The Alfie [ BOXX ] is a photography experience like no other. A time capsule from the 19th century which takes you from the magic of composing your image on a ground glass to the excitment of seeing your image develop before your eyes. Hand crafted from durable hard wood, the [ BOXX ] is small, compact and portable. We have three lenses currently available, a 100mm f8 lens with a range of apertures which is great for portraits, 55mm f11 lens which has a wide enough field of view for landscapes and a 65mm f190 pinhole.
But the really magical part, you don’t need to send your photos off to the lab. With our Pocket Darkroom and photographic paper, you can develop your own images. We are marketing the new camera with a black and white reversal process so you can experience the magic of the darkroom for yourself.
